Our Story
The work evolved because the needs were connected.
Office Easy has supported businesses since 2015. It began with practical business support and developed through direct experience of the pressures owner-managers often carry: many responsibilities, information held across different places and the need to coordinate advice from several specialists.
Over time, the work expanded across websites, marketing, digital visibility, business systems, automation and strategic planning. The common thread was not a growing list of services. It was the need to connect them.
Today, Office Easy is a Business Growth Solutions Partner. Practical delivery remains important, but every recommendation should support a clear objective and fit the wider business.
Meet Gordana
Hello, I’m Gordana Glamnovska.
I am the founder and Managing Director of Office Easy. My experience spans business operations, finance and credit control, marketing and business development, websites, digital visibility, automation and practical client delivery.
I have worked with owner-managed businesses across construction and engineering, healthcare, professional services, energy, education, wellbeing and other service sectors. That variety has taught me to look beyond the immediate request.
A website request may connect to positioning. A marketing question may begin with the customer journey. An administrative need may be better supported by a clearer system rather than more hours.
My role is to understand those connections, make the options clear and help turn the chosen direction into practical action.
I am based in Eastbourne and remain closely involved in the East Sussex business community, while Office Easy supports suitable clients throughout the UK.

Office Easy works through a small, trusted delivery team and specialist network. This keeps the relationship personal while allowing the right skills to be brought into an agreed project or programme.
Gordana remains responsible for strategic direction and client oversight. Work is planned, reviewed and coordinated so clients have clarity about who is doing what and why.
